About ICPC 2014
The environmental awareness of the society is increasing continuously, and already became an important factor in the development of new materials and technologies. The tendency is recognized also by the National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK), Surathkal, INDIA which supports a considerable number of projects in order to accelerate the development of materials satisfying public demand.
About NITK Surathkal
This Institute was established in 1960 as Karnataka Regional Engineering College, Surathkal as a joint venture between the Government of India and Government of Karnataka. The Institute was declared as a Deemed University on 26th June 2002 and as an Institute of National Importance through NIT Act of Parliament on 15th August 2007, fully funded by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.
As the conference will be attended by Engineering Professionals, Scientists, Administrators, Executives, Manufacturers and Managers from various Institutions, Organizations and Agencies, sponsorship for some of the events in the conference would be sought.
